For Adobe Premiere Pro · Windows

Re-export client revisions in minutes, not hours — without re-rendering what didn’t change.

RevisionSplicer re-splices a revised timeline into the master you already exported, re-rendering only the few seconds that actually changed — and copying the rest untouched.

~3 min
A real 23-minute 4K revision finished in about three minutes — instead of a ~26-minute full re-export.
under 1%
Of the timeline re-rendered on typical revisions (measured: 0.05%–0.39% on real client jobs).
bit-identical
Untouched footage is copied byte-for-byte from your original export — verified frame by frame.

Real numbers from real client work. How much you save depends on what you changed — see the FAQ.

The problem

You changed three seconds. Premiere makes you re-export all 23 minutes.

Every client round, every small fix, the same full re-render — and the clock is running while you wait. The changed footage is tiny; the re-export is the whole thing.

How it works

Render the revision, not the whole timeline

1

Compare

It reads your revised timeline and the master you already exported, and works out exactly which frames changed.

2

Render only the changes

Premiere renders just those few seconds — often under 1% of the timeline — using your own export preset.

3

Assemble

Unchanged footage is copied straight from your existing file — same bytes, no re-encoding — and the finished deliverable is stitched together.

What you get

Built for client deliverables

Renders only what changed

Often under 1% of the timeline. The rest is copied, not re-encoded.

Zero quality loss on copies

Untouched footage is bit-for-bit identical to your original export.

Frame-exact output

Every deliverable is verified against your original, frame by frame.

100% local

Your client’s footage never leaves your computer. The only thing online is a licence check.

Works offline

Fine for locked-down studio machines; reactivate in one click when you change computers.

One-step install

No Python, no ffmpeg, no dependencies to chase — it’s all in the installer.

Privacy

Your footage never leaves your machine

All processing is 100% local. No footage, no file paths, no project or client names are ever uploaded — by design. The only thing that touches the internet is a licence check, so it works for weeks offline, fine for air-gapped studio machines under NDA.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

What exactly does it do?

When a client sends notes, you normally re-export the whole timeline again. RevisionSplicer compares your revised timeline to the master you already exported, has Premiere render only the frames that changed, and copies everything else straight from your existing file — then assembles the finished deliverable.

Will the output match a full export?

The copied regions are bit-identical to your original export. The small re-rendered windows are re-encoded with your own preset — visually identical (50+ dB), and the whole file is verified frame-by-frame against your original before you ship it.

How much time does it actually save?

It depends on what you changed. Cuts, inserts and title tweaks are nearly free — on real jobs, well under 1% of the timeline re-rendered. A colour grade on a long clip has to re-render that clip, so the saving there is smaller. The win is biggest where it hurts most: small fixes to long timelines.

Does my footage get uploaded?

No. All processing is local. Nothing about your media — no footage, no file names, no project names — leaves your machine. The only network traffic is a licence check.

What do I need to run it?

Windows and Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 or newer. Everything else ships in the installer.

What if I change computers?

Each licence includes 3 activations (desktop, laptop, spare), and you can deactivate a machine yourself to free a slot.
